This workout is intended for those who have access to a gym, home gym, or apartment gym. You will need access to a fitness bench, cable machine and dumbbells to complete this program.

Glute Band
Lateral Pull-Down Machine
Cable Machine or Long Resistance Band
Yoga Mat
Program Breakdown
Exercises are broken down into 5 days. 1 cardio focus, 1 weekly walk, and 3 individual strength focus days: back and biceps, legs and glutes, chest and triceps.
The goal is to complete all 5 workouts each week. However, the days are completely up to you.
