Exercises are broken down into 3 individual strength focus days: back and biceps, legs and glutes, chest and triceps.
The goal is to complete all 3 workouts each week. However, the days are completely up to you.

With just 3 days a week, this program will take you through 9 weeks of core focused work!

This program consists of 6 unique workouts. Each exercise is broken down into 3 different focus days followed by an optional core circuit. Unlike each program before, there are NO PHOTOS showing each exercise. This means you may need to look at previous programs or online to know the exercise if you are not sure how to perform it. However, if you have any questions, please email Coach Carr.
With only three exercise days a week, the goal is to complete each workout entirely!

When you purchase your exercise plan, you will receive a free 30 minute consultation with our Certified Personal Trainer. During this consult you will address your goals, your strengths, and your weaknesses when it comes to exercise. This is your program, so we want to make sure it addresses your fitness needs exactly.
Following this consultation, our trainer will construct your personal plan based upon the information provided during your consultation. This plan will be in PDF format that you will be able to download onto your mobile devices. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your program after the initial consultation. After you receive your workout plan, your trainer will continue to follow up with you weekly to ensure things are going smoothly and you don’t have any issues.
Your initial consultation can be held via phone call, zoom, or in person. You will choose which option works best for you at checkout. Following purchase, expect to receive an email scheduling your consultation within 24hrs.
