This program is special because it is the same program Taryn used leading up to her wedding day!

This workout is intended for those who have access to a gym, home gym, or apartment gym. To complete this workout you will need a fitness bench and dumbbells.

This program consists of 6 unique workouts. Each exercise is broken down into 3 different focus days followed by an optional core circuit. Unlike each program before, there are NO PHOTOS showing each exercise. This means you may need to look at previous programs or online to know the exercise if you are not sure how to perform it. However, if you have any questions, please email Coach Carr.

With only three exercise days a week, the goal is to complete each workout entirely!
